Working Together to “Try” and Break the “Cycle” of Mental Health, Addiction, Depression and Loneliness.

Real transformation happens when we walk hand-in-hand with the populations we serve, creating solutions with not for them.

For our brothers, aunts and uncles, parents, grandparents, neighbours and dearest friends, we prioritize human connection and compassion. TryCycle is a company that breaks the cycle of loneliness, a symptom of mental health for people living with behavioural and substance use disorders.

We embrace technology as a tool that complements, not competes with health professionals. We create solutions that ease the weight on our overwhelmed healthcare system, so that when your loved ones need access to care and support, they don’t have to wait.

TryCycle is committed to reimagining access to care and changing the way at-risk individuals receive treatment, services, and support. We deliver data and turn it into dialogue, enabling clinicians and community-based health resources the opportunity to pre-emptively inspire conversation and empower deeper connections.

The programs and digital solutions developed by TryCycle tap into the experiences of real people and professionals to provide a more proactive approach to wellness and recovery services. We work directly with Veterans, Indigenous, and Clinician populations to co-create accessible (digital health) solutions that aim to improve wellness outcomes for clients in their care. Our efforts not only build resilience in those facing health challenges but also create jobs, educate, and preserve and promote language and culture.

VETERANS

Canada-wide, we aim to improve access to mental health support for veterans and their families, while reducing the shame and stigma associated with seeking care.

INDIGENOUS

We work closely with Indigenous communities, to deliver culturally responsive digital health solutions that reduce barriers to care, foster economic growth and create employment opportunities.

CLINICIANS

Blending the compassionate care of clinicians with the right data from clients, we build accessible software tools that ignite curiosity, compassion, and connection that can save lives.

When people struggle with mental health, addictions, depression, and many behavioural health conditions, they also often lack connection.

The programs TryCycle designs provide clients with a pathway to support that ensures communication remains a constant during the wellness journey.

At the heart of our business is a unique approach. We directly improve positive mental health and addictions recovery outcomes by focusing on compassionate relationships driven by empathy and trust.

We are dedicated to our mission and will continually aim to improve healthcare treatment, retention, engagement and the overall outcomes of recovery programs, not for us, but for the ones we love.

-Thomas Nicholson, Recovery Support Specialist at Hartford Healthcare

“The tidal wave of addiction is tearing families in Connecticut apart. In order for us to fix this crisis, we’re going to have to be innovative and that’s exactly what TryCycle is doing.”

-U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.)

“We look forward to working with TryCycle Data and the services they will be offering to our veterans who will have immediate access to mental health support.”

-Grand Chief Steven Ross (Former), Saskatchewan First Nations Veterans Association

“Access to mental healthcare has long been a challenge due to resources and stigma. Similar barriers to care exist in the veteran community in general. That’s where solutions like TryCycle can truly make a difference.”

-Major General (Retired) Glynne Hines

“Everything changed in a blink of an eye! We talk about the opposite of addiction is connection. It brought some peace of mind being “tethered” to our clients. We didn’t have any overdose deaths for our clients on TetherAll during COVID.”

-Matthew Lapane, Recovery Support Specialist
