John MacBeth
Founder & CEO
John is the Founder of TryCycle Data Systems, headquartered in Ottawa, Canada. For more than 20 years, John has been in the business of creating digital technologies and solutions. John has a BA from Carleton University (Ottawa), a MA from The Graduate Institute (Connecticut) and is currently a PhD student at Carleton University (Ottawa) and Trent University (Peterborough).

Steve Burwash
Chief Financial Officer
Steve is a finance executive with extensive global experience across finance, accounting, and operations. Industry expertise spans cannabis, aerospace and defense, high tech/telecommunications, and manufacturing. Steve is a CPA with a MBA from the University of Ottawa.

Ken House
COFOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
TryCycle’s cofounder, Ken House, is a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. He earned an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and completed a master’s program in organizational leadership at The Graduate Institute. Ken has a long background in communications, governance, social services, and entrepreneurship. His life’s work includes connecting people to opportunity and creating social mobility through social capital.

Kelly Gregoire
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Kelly is an integral part of the Leadership Team, overseeing day to day operations and driving change in a rapid and highly innovative environment. Kelly has held senior management positions for more than 20 years, both in startup environments and in large enterprise corporations. Kelly is an active member of the Invest Ottawa Community and Advisory Groups (COO Forum, Ladies Who Launch and Ottawa’s Customer Success Peer Group). Kelly studied Applied Management at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Geoff Schaadt
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Geoff has been working at the intersection of technology and medical services for more than 25 years. With degrees from Purdue University, the University of Arizona, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa, Geoff loves helping people on the frontline with new technologies that make their work easier and more effective.

Sam Silverman
MD, Chief medical officer
Dr. Silverman is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry, and is certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. For the past 18 years, Dr. Silverman served as the Director of Medical Education of Rushford’s Addiction Medicine Fellowship where he started the Addiction Medicine Fellowship (accredited in 2013). He is also Past-President of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Cameron MacLeod
VP, STRATEGY & ALLIANCES
Cameron has been working in the health and social services community since 1984. He has participated in and led work that has influenced policy and practice that have addressed the needs of marginalized populations.
Cameron holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University, with a combined Major in Sociology and Law, and completed leadership programs at Queen’s University and the University of Toronto.

Donna Keogh
Director of Nursing and Indigenous Business Development
Donna is a registered nurse with more than eight years of experience serving remote Northern Ontario First Nations communities. She has worked closely with Chiefs, Councils, and healthcare teams to advocate for culturally responsive care, and now leads nursing and Indigenous business development at TryCycle, advancing innovative, community-driven health solutions across Canada.
